How ShopAlerts works

Placecast works directly with your brand (and your agency), utilizing your existing customer lists to develop a mobile CRM program that drives increased loyalty and revenues. ShopAlerts is a white-label solution, which means that your brand owns the conversation with your customers through your own branded program that Placecast will craft, power, and manage for you.

ShopAlerts uses geofencing technology to deliver text messages to your customers when they're nearby your stores. Geofencing creates a pre-defined, virtual space around a particular location. When your customer is within a determined radius, he or she will receive an automatic PUSH text message tied to that geofence.
